1. Eligibility This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories and possessions) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Iron Eagle Homes LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone professionally associated with the Giveaway are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins on January 24, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 28, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter with a paid entry. Purchase merchandise with the given entries listed in the product description. Can also enter with quick buy entries $10, $20, $50, $100 or $200, receiving 1 entry per $1 dollar spent. Quick buy ENTRIES are unlimited

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary To enter without joining the Builder Club, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3x5-inch card or piece of paper. Mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Limit: One (1) free entry per person/household per month. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received by March 5, 2026. Multiple entries in the same envelope or mechanically reproduced entries are void.

All entries (paid and free) have equal odds of winning.

5. Prize One (1) prize will be awarded each month: [Describe the current prize, e.g., “$5,000 cash plus a premium tool kit (Approximate Retail Value: $4,890)”]. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

6. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection & Notification A random drawing will be conducted on or about the 10th day of the following month from all eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, fails to respond, fails to provide required documents (affidavit of eligibility, liability release, W-9 form), or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for failed delivery of notifications.

8. Winner Verification Potential winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (if required) IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply results in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner.

9. General Conditions By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries or for technical failures.

10. Limitation of Liability By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and promotion partners from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance/use.

11. Governing Law & Disputes This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
